A public sculpture that can’t be photographed?

That’s what they’ve got in Chicago. And that’s just plain nuts.

“The vilest display of human venality I’ve heard of all day” just about covers it, all right.

    But what a way to attract publicity! “What? What do you mean I no-one is allowed to photograph? I must see this scupture. I MUST!”

    Would you like to hear a passage from a book I’ve donated to a busy public library? Sorry. You can read it — in private — but on pain of prosecution no-one can speak the words…
