Photo of the Day: Irises
Well, I took the plunge and upgraded to a digital SLR: a Canon Rebel XT. 8 megapixels and lots of bells and whistles, but still reasonably affordable and plenty of camera for my needs. Plus I knew pretty much how to use it right out of the box, since its interface is very similar to that of the S50 that suffered the problems on Sunday and may or may not be repared.
Here’s the first blog photo from the new camera. I haven’t done any serious shooting with it yet, but the colours here are rather nice, I though.
The Photo of the Day is back!

Naughtyvoyeur, thanks for dropping by. I try to post a photo every day (and I come pretty close), so there’s always something to see.
Please call again!
I searched all blogs to see if anyone else posted photos of Irises.. and you came up 🙂 Congratulations on your new camera, what fun! And we both posted vintage photos of our Momma’s for Mother’s Day 🙂
I’ll be watching for more photos!
