Yes, it’s an old student piece that’s on the lawn in front of the old college buildings, between what used to be the Fine Arts Building (and is now the Canada-Saskatchewan Soundstage where they film Corner Gas, among other things) and the original Regina College building.
I think, if I remember right, Joe Fafard may have had something to do with it…
