Reading Writing Diary: August 29, 2004
I didn’t provide a writing diary for Thursday and Friday because there was nothing much to say. Thursday my brother Jim from Edmonton arrived to take away the family piano (by prior arrangement!) and brought Mom with him from Weyburn, so Thursday night was a family night. Friday I drove my Mom back to Weyburn and did some SF Canada admin stuff in the afternoon rather than anything that taxed my brain too much.

br /Reading went better than writing; I finished emThe Gilded Chain /emby a href=”http://www.daveduncan.com”Dave Duncan/a, resumed reading the latest Asimov’s, and launched into emBedlam’s Bard/em by Mercedes Lackey and…well, someone; I don’t have the book handy and don’t feel like getting up to get it.

br /This week’s writing agenda: finish some text panels for the Science Centre, my science column (of course), and fiction, fiction, fiction–at least until I hear from Orson Scott Card, which I really hope won’t be too much longer, since the biography I’m writing is already way overdue.
