The first sentence I wrote today…

After disconnecting, Chris sat in shuddering fury for a few seconds, then exploded out of the communications room and went zooming down the ship’s central shaft, zero-G suiting his mood more than the lunar-G environs of the rotating outer hull.

Current word count: 75,264
New words this session: 3,278
Percentage of novel completed: 75.2

And so we pass the three-quarter mark of the first draft…

Powering ahead now, because all the pieces are in place for the end game. Lots of big action scenes coming up, which are always fun to write.

And speaking of fun to write, that’s a pure-blooded SFnal sentence I started with today, isn’t it?
