This blog is number one!
The number-one hit on Google if you do a search for the term “hassenpfeffer,” that is.
Had I realized this sooner, I could have used it as one more reason for my idiosyncratic spelling of the word. (For which I was recently taken to task.)
If you search for the “correct” spelling, “hasenpfeffer,” all you get is a bunch of boring recipes for cooking rabbit.
But with my spelling…I’m number one!
It’s not very often I get to say that.
