The first sentence I wrote today…

From one prison to another, Richard thought, surveying the bare and barely-big-enough-to-stretch-out-in cabin/cubicle in which he’d been locked on board the Selkie sub.

Current word count: 69,620
New words this session: 3,467
Percentage of novel completed: 69.2

Two sessions today, hence the increased verbiage. I need to push through to the end of the first draft, so I’m aiming for similar word counts from now on…especially since I lost a little ground over the weekend in Banff.
